Our Mission

MISSION STATEMENT

Called to be a real presence of Jesus in the Highlands, The Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi joyfully welcomes all, serves those in need, and passes on the gifts we have been given.

As Catholics, we believe that we receive the real presence of Christ in the eucharist. In turn our mission calls us to become that presence of Christ for our neighbors, reaching outside our walls in love and service. And to do all things, as our patron Francis did, with joy.

HIGHLANDS FIVE

As part of the Catholic presence in the Highlands, St. Francis often joins together with our four neighboring parishes: St. Agnes, St. Brigid, St. James and St. Raphael. From our annual Lenten Mission to sponsoring and building houses for Habitat for Humanity, we explore ways that we can join together to better serve our members and the wider community.
